LEDVEDA Automotive LED Bulbs – Business Terms & Quality Warranty Policy

Thank you for considering LEDVEDA as your trusted supplier for professional automotive LED lighting solutions. As a factory-direct B2B manufacturer, we are committed to building long-term partnerships based on quality, reliability, and transparent business terms. This document outlines our policies regarding order fulfillment, quality assurance, and issue resolution, tailored specifically for our wholesale, distributor, and OEM partners.

1. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Lead Time:​ Standard production lead time is 15-30 business days​ after order confirmation and receipt of deposit. Urgent orders may be accommodated upon request and are subject to a rush fee.
  • Shipping Terms:​ We primarily operate under FOB Shenzhen​ (Free On Board) Incoterms. This means we are responsible for delivering the goods to the designated port and loading them onto the vessel. All subsequent costs (ocean freight, insurance, import duties) are the buyer’s responsibility. Other terms (EXW, CIF, DDP) can be negotiated for large-volume orders.
  • Shipping Methods:​ Goods are typically shipped via sea freight for bulk orders. For smaller or urgent shipments, we can arrange air freight or international courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS) at the buyer’s expense. A specific shipping quote will be provided with your commercial invoice.

2. Quality Warranty & Scope

  • Warranty Period:​ LEDVEDA warrants that its automotive LED bulbs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months (2 years)​ from the date of shipment.
  • What is Covered:​ This warranty covers premature failure, significant lumen depreciation (below 70% of initial output), or malfunction under normal operating conditions (12V/24V DC, within specified temperature ranges).
  • What is NOT Covered (Standard B2B Terms):
    • No “Returns” in the B2C sense.​ We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or compatibility issues. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify product specifications and compatibility before ordering.
    • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, neglect, or modification of the product.
    • Failure due to the use of incorrect voltage, reverse polarity, or use in non-automotive applications.
    • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration.
    • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

3. Process for Quality Claims

In the unlikely event of a product quality issue covered under this warranty, please follow this professional process:

  1. Notification:​ The buyer must notify our sales team in writing (sales@ledveda.com) within 7 calendar days​ of discovering the defect, providing the order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Evidence:​ Provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect, along with the product’s batch/lot number if available.
  3. Assessment & Resolution:​ Our technical team will assess the claim promptly. Our standard resolution for verified manufacturing defects is, at our sole discretion, one of the following:
    • Replacement:​ We will ship replacement units for the defective items at no cost.
    • Credit:​ A credit note will be issued for the value of the defective units, applicable to future orders.
    • Refund:​ A partial refund for the defective units may be issued in exceptional cases.

Important Notes:

  • The maximum liability of LEDVEDA under this policy is limited to the purchase price of the defective products.
  • We do not reimburse shipping costs for returning defective samples unless previously agreed upon. We may request a small sample of the defective units for our internal quality analysis to prevent future issues.
  • This warranty is extended only to the original buyer (our direct B2B client) and is non-transferable.

4. Our Commitment to Quality

We mitigate the need for claims through rigorous quality control:

  • All bulbs undergo 100% aging and functional testing before shipment.
  • We use high-quality 3030/3535 SMD LED chips and robust drivers.
  • Our production follows ISO-guided processes, and products carry CE, RoHS, and relevant certifications.
